Can i replace a NTUSER.DAT file with another one from another windows os?

If you do not understand what exactly the question means, what i mean is replacing the NTUSER.DAT file inside windows 10 with a windows 11 NTUSER.DAT file for example. Do they have the same format for storing some customization data? Will it be possible?

Info: The NTUSER.DAT file is a file to store customization settings of a user. Here is an article about it.
