Dual Output with Virtual Video Driver & GPU Output?

As the title suggests, I'm hoping to have two screen/monitor outputs.

The virtual output can be VirtIO or VGA, the second is an output from a GPU (using a HDMI dummy dongle).

However, anytime I boot up Ubuntu or Mint; xrandr -q only shows ONE output & the display settings only shows ONE output (virtual driver).

Any way I could resolve this? Thank you!
