How to install Realtek Audio Drivers for Ubuntu?

I have this issue in my computer:

I had the same issue in Windows but I fixed installing Realtek Audio Codecs (the ones in this page )

But the linux versions of those drivers are outdated and I cannot install them. What should I do?
