Jabra Headset Mic doesn't work correct in Kubuntu 22.04

I'm trying kubuntu 22.04. I have problems with a Jabra Evolve headset over USB. Unfortunately the Mic is only working when I open the volumecontrol (right in the taskbar) and keep it open. When I close the volumecontrol, the mic function gets disabled. Does anyone else experience this behaviour? Can I provide any logs for research? This is the hardware:
